Bought an insert about a month ago. Spent a couple of month selecting the best insert and finally picked this one. Had to spend extra money on the installation - my fireplace was slightly smaller than needed for this insert. Now we have: warm basement, mesmerizing fire view (ways better than watching standard fireplace), not too noisy vent (of course when it max speed it is quite noisy but we just make it slower for the night). Definitely worth money.
