This the third High efficiency fireplace I've installed and operated in three different houses this is the last one...The other two were RSF Opel 2 the reason I didnt go with RSF again is price the Opel went from around 3k to over 6k without chimney. I'm about 6 fires into this new osburn and its better than the OPEL the glass stays cleaner the automatic fan when the fireplace reaches temp is a great feature. Another pro is the chimney is 6 in not 7 in excel like the opel so your chimney won't cost you thousands and you can get it all at Menards, Lowes/amazon which makes it supper budget friendly. The wife really likes the fire screen option as well when you want that sound and superheat. Oh and they ship it right to you bonus...Overall very solid unit and i couldn't asked for better at this price point. I didn't do the forced air kit on this one as in the past the wife didn't want it so guess that's the only difference.
